Our inception thereby is family-grown and refers back to the year 1988 when the founder of the group mother and todays family shareholder – Asap staffing – identified the needs of “building a business to enable better solutions for clients and people in the staffing industry.” Our core entity and namesake Asap Belgium thereby covers semi-skilled qualifications and tailored HR solutions, which is the largest portion of Europe’s staffing market.

Together these “golden nuggets” cover a potential around 150 billion € in revenues annually. Asap ’s business in the semi-skilled labor market is among the top 10 staffing firms in the Belgian market along more than 100 sales branches. The expertum group and its brand units (expertum blue, expertum professionals, Executive Search) is looking back on more than 30 years of “buy and build” success and, as part of the Asap HR Group, has become one of the top 20 in the German staffing industry. The Annual Report 2021 thereby set new records in employment of staff, sales turnover and profitability.
clearXperts, majority owned by Asap HR Group, became essential part of the group in 2018. With fast and healthy growing clearXperts, Asap HR Group covers exclusively client’s needs for university degree Professionals in Finance, Marketing and Sales and in the future also within Legal needs. Building on a client`s satisfaction level of more than 85% clearXperts is the perfect answer for clients that experience personnel pressure because of low employee retention and sickness but also limited availability of new workforces or due to new business projects.
